3. New pension reform
From January 1, 2015, in order to be eligible for the insurance part of the pension, you must work at least 6 years. By 2025, it is planned to increase this period to 15 years. Legislators want employers to make contributions to the FIU longer before making payments to retirees.
2. New excise taxes on tobacco
Since January 1, cigarettes began to rise in price, because the excise rate increased by about 287%. True, experts predict that the cost of a pack of cigarettes will increase by no more than 10 rubles by the end of 2015.
