This means that it is much more difficult for the heart to pump it, so nutrients and oxygen enter the tissues and brain more slowly.

Everyone knows that food is “fuel” for our body. During sleep, the body uses what we ate for dinner. And in the morning he needs a new portion, which it converts into energy. No food - no strength. That’s why, if you don’t have breakfast, you’ll feel tired faster. Breakfast is a kind of “ignition” for the body.
